Q: What are the delivery times?

A: At TrioNest , we are committed to fast and efficient delivery. We generally deliver within 5 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday), via our partner carrier.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please send us an email request as soon as possible at
contact@trionest.fr. If the order is already being processed for shipment, we will unfortunately no longer be able to intervene.

A: A tracking number will be sent to you by email within 24 to 48 business hours after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive anything within this timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us at

Q: How do I use a discount code?

A: After adding your products to the cart, go to the payment page. Look for the "Promo Code" or "Do you have a code?" section. Enter your discount code and click "Apply" before finalizing the payment. The discount will then be applied.

Q: Can I return my TrioNest stroller if I change my mind?

A: Yes, absolutely. In accordance with our Return and Refund Policy , you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Q: What should I do if my product has a defect or an error (model, color, etc.)?

A: We're sorry to hear that! Please send us a photo of the problem with a detailed description to
contact@trionest.fr. Our after-sales service will handle the situation as quickly as possible and offer you an appropriate solution (exchange, repair, or refund).

Q: Who pays for return shipping costs?

A: For returns due to our error or a defective product, NOVALLIUM TECHNOLOGIES will cover the return costs. For returns related to a "change of mind" (excluding statutory withdrawal rights and according to the conditions of our Return Policy), return costs may be at your expense. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

Q: What ages/weights does the TrioNest stroller support?

A: Our TrioNest 3-in-1 system is designed to accompany your child from birth up to approximately 3 years old (or a maximum weight of 22 kg ), guaranteeing long-lasting and evolving use.

Q: Is there a warranty on TrioNest products?

A: Yes, all our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions, but does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear of the product.
