Return and Refund Policy

1. RETURN PERIOD

We operate a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as you received it: new, unworn, unused and without any alteration.

  • All original tags must be intact.

  • Be returned in its complete original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).


3. RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at: contact@trionest.fr. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service will then guide you on the procedure to follow and the return address.


4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@trionest.fr. We will assess the problem and take the necessary steps to resolve it as soon as possible.


5. EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Personal care products (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards are unfortunately not eligible for returns, except in case of proven defect.

6. EXCHANGES

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and the refund processed, you can make a new purchase for the item of your choice.


7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN THE EUROPEAN UNION (14-day period)

In accordance with European legislation, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item, for any reason and without justification. The return eligibility conditions (item condition, packaging, tags, proof of purchase) as described in Section 2 also apply to this right of withdrawal.


8. REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (generally an additional 3-5 business days).
